ShopOzarks.com is a way for you to save money on items or services you buy retail all the time... but you won't pay retail prices with ShopOzarks.com!  We offer discounted gift certificates to local Missouri businesses so that you can try some of the best businesses in the Ozarks! Our gift certificates are typically discounted 15-40%. 

All gift certificates orders should be placed online at ShopOzarks.com. If you have any questions about ordering, send us an email at shopozarks@radiospringfield.com. Depending on the certificate, your certificate will be mailed to you or available for mobile redemption.

Mobile certificates are accessible right after ordering and through your email. Once a certificate has been redeemed, it can no longer be used again. If you have any questions about ordering, send us an email at shopozarks@radiospringfield.com.
Although most certificates do not have expiration dates, it is best to use certificates within 90 days of and always within one year of purchase.

If your certificate is not accepted, it is almost always due to a change in management or ownership. If this happens, please mail the certificates back to us and we will complete a refund or offer store credit depending when the certificates were purchased. We are not responsible for lost, discharged or stolen gift certificates.

If you're having trouble placing an order, make sure the billing address on file is the same billing address tied to the credit card used for purchase; Specifically make sure zip codes match. For mobile certificates, you must use a current email address.

We use a secure server and encryption software to keep your credit card information secure.

Our payment system allows refunds up to 90 days from date of purchase.  After 90 days we offer store credit. 
We will not give or sell your personal information to third parties. No selling lists. No spam. We may from time to time send you information about ShopOzarks.com specials or alert you to specials. But if you don't want these updates, simply let us know and we'll take you off our email list.


Shipping and handling is on us. No charge.
We mail all orders the next business day following your online transaction. If you do not receive them within 5-7 business days, please contact us.  All sales on the ShopOzarks.com store are final. We do not make refunds on orders after payment for your certificates are made. Once a credit card transaction online, there will be no refunds.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. 

There are no expiration dates on our ShopOzarks.com certificates unless otherwise noted, but we do ask they be used within one year of purchase.
